Mat Classes

Due to the changes to the studio, mat classes are now limited in size. To insure that you have a space, pre-registration is encouraged and can be made by calling the studio in advance.

As of January 1, 2010 mat classes will go back to the Streamline Strength pre-stimulus package prices of 10-class card @ $120. 5-class cards will now be available for $65.

Drop-in rates are $15 per class.

Class cards will expire three months from purchase. Any cards bought before October 1, 2009 will expire on December 31, so please come and use your classes!

Beginners Class
We are continuing our Beginner mat class. New clients can purchase an 8-class card for $64. After 8 weeks, regular mat prices apply. Class is on Wednesday, 6pm-7pm with Danette Verga.
